Michael Cahn

Member of the Paris Bar Founding partner

For more than 25 years, Michael Cahn has been involved in all areas of civil, commercial and criminal business law, both as an adviser and in litigation. He works to prevent, defend, build and or restore, with informed and even seasoned counsel. His core business is litigation in out-of-court and, if not, court proceedings to deal with business difficulties. He has developed solid experience in matters relating to the protection of directors‘ and/or shareholders’ liability.

His practice has grown steadily, with a large number of successes in turning around companies in difficulty, often in situations considered to be highly complex. He has built up strong, long-term relationships of trust around his work, enabling him to offer the most comprehensive assistance and representation services, with an established network of correspondents who share a common and primary concern for efficiency.

He began his career in 2000 with GRANRUT VATIER BAUDELOT, before joining PARDO BOULANGER & ASSOCIÉS (PBA) in 2002, with whom he set up CAHN & PBA in 2007. He initially managed the firm alone, and took full control of it in 2009 under the name CAHN AVOCATS.

Thanks to his varied and highly instructive experience, the many relationships of trust he has built up with a large number of partners, and in particular with the support of a complementary and motivated team, he is continuing to develop this law firm, since its tenth anniversary and its move in 2018 to its new premises in the Place d'Iéna in Paris (16th), under the name CAHN WILSON.
